Studio Policies The Portrait Session Fee is paid in advance to reserve an appointment.  The Portrait Session Fee is non-refundable unless Session is cancelled within 7 days of making the reservation. Portrait Preview Show appointments for you to select and place your portrait order at your home must be scheduled during your Portrait Session. The Portrait Preview Show appointment must take place within 30 days of your Portrait Session. Images will be kept on file for no more than 60 days unless you place an order.  Any and all preview Images remain the property of "Oh So Cute". Only Data Files from images purchased will be retained in our file database for one year from date of selection. A 50% payment is required at the time of your portrait order. The remaining balance is due when the order is completed and delivered. No refunds for photos will be made after the final order is placed. Balance must be paid in full within two weeks of notification of completion of the order. No still, cell-phone or movie cameras are allowed to be used by anyone during the Portrait Session. "Oh So Cute" Studios, reserves the right to use any Image and/or reproduction for display, publication or other purposes. I hereby irrevocably consent to and authorize the use and reproduction by, "Oh So Cute" Studios of any and all photographs taken by, "Oh So Cute" Studios, negative or positive for any purpose whatsoever, without compensation to me.
